Optic Satellite Communication provides internet connectivity services, networking equipment, fiber infrastructure, Starlink deployments, and CCTV security systems across Nigeria.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely via Paystack. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment.
4. Refund and Returns Policy
Hardware and equipment may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, with a valid receipt. Internet service subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. To initiate a return, contact info@opticsat.com.ng within the return window.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Optic Satellite is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, logistics challenges, or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Optic Satellite Communication and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optic Satellite Communication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Calabar, Cross River State.
